Shipping policy

Processing Time Your preferred dispatch date is selected at checkout via our dispatch calendar. We do our best to dispatch on the date selected, however occasional courier delays can happen and are unfortunately outside our control.

We bake by order to ensure everything is at its freshest.

Courier Dispatch Our courier collects Monday–Friday. Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days. If you are in a rural area, please allow an extra 1–2 days on top of this.

Pick Up Pick ups are available Fridays only, between 11am–4pm at 108 Cuba Street, Petone (Purity Beauty).

Wainuiomata Local Deliveries The Basics Team delivers to Wainuiomata ourselves, Monday–Friday. Local delivery is free.
