Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes we do! This will not show until you reach checkout and you need to scroll to the very bottom - under all the other payment methods.

Can I add a message on to my order? 

Of course, you can add whatever you would like your message to say. Simply select "Send this as a gift" on the product before you add to cart. This will open a pop up section for you to write in your personalised message.

How long will my delivery take? 

Choose your preferred dispatch date at checkout. Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days from dispatch (add 1–2 days for rural areas).

We bake by the order so that it is always at its freshest. Our products all have a shelf life of 7 days in their delivery packaging, if your delivery has exceeded this timeframe, please reach out to us at admin@basicazbakes.co.nz

Where are you located?

We have a Dessert Bar at 25 Epiha Street, Paraparaumu.

If you would like to shop with us in store please check out our opening hours below:

Sun - Wed 10am - 2pm.

Do you offer pick ups?

Yes, we have a pick up spot in Paraparaumu Monday - Wednesday. This option is available at checkout.

Do you deliver to Australia?

Unfortunately not. We only deliver throughout NZ as we cannot guarantee the period it would take to arrive to you in Australia and how this might impact the quality of our yummy goods. Sorry Aussie fam! (Hopefully one day - How amazing would that be).
